Jikamemenuhikriteriabungaberwarnaputihmulusdanmemilikibentuk yang bagusdalamartisudahmekar.Sedangkanyang diperolehdarinilai-nilaideskriptordalamhaliniArea, Perimeter, danCompactness.Dari hasilpengujianberdasarkanwarnadanbentuktersebutdidapatnilaikeakuratanhingga 87.5%.

At this time, In the world of herbal teas has undergone rapid change from that used only the tea leaves now to innovate using flowers that are used for tea. Frangipani flower in the field of processing quality herbal teas, flower quality of the identification process is done by the human senses of sight, then the selection of the interest rate has a standard selection of different flower quality. At this final project will implement an image processing system which will identify the quality of frangipani flowers (Plumeira Acutofolia Poir) based on the colors and shapes. In image processing, image processing such that it can be used in applications that make it easier to identify the image. Frangipani flower image processing systems, starting with the selection or color screening is taken from the average value of YCbCr color space with a range Y = 0.1988 to 0.2321. If you meet the criteria for smooth and white flowers in good shape in the sense already blooming. While that is obtained from the values of descriptors in this area, perimeter, and compactness. From the test results based on the color and shape of the obtained values of up to 87.5% accuracy.
