PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK ANORGANIK, ORGANIK DAN PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PADI (Oryza sativa L.)

The method used in this study were randomized block design (RBD) with three replications. This study is only one factor, namely: P1 (Inorganic 90 kg N / ha + 250 kg organic N / ha + PGPR 7.5 L / ha), P2 (Inorganic 45 Kg N / ha + Organic 375 Kg / ha + 11.2 PGPR L / Ha), P3 (Inorganic 0 kg N / ha + 500 kg organic N / ha + PGPR 15L / ha), P4 (Inorganic 130 kg N / ha + Organic 0 kg N / ha + PGPR 3.75 L / ha) . By duncan mengugunakan distance test 5%.
Treatment P1 (inorganic 90 N kg / ha organic + 250 kg / ha + PGPR 7.5 liters / ha, at 48 HST observations, produces the best growth is the highest average number of leaf blade 94.9, 88.9 cm plant height and number of 21.1 tillers and P2 significantly different treatments (inorganic 46 N kg / ha organic + 375 kg / ha + PGPR 11.2 liters / ha, treatment P3 (inorganic 0 N kg / ha organic + 500 kg / ha + PGPR 15 liters / ha and P4 treatments (inorganic N 130 kg / ha + Organic 0 kg / ha + PGPR 3.75 liters / ha. formulations in the treatment P2 (inorganic 46 N kg / ha organic + 375 kg / ha + 11.2 PGPR liters / ha), showed the highest yield average number of productive tiller number 12.77, 141.00 permalai number of grains, grain dry weight yields 4.48 tonnes / ha, dry milled grain weight of 3.96 tonnes / ha and stover fresh weight 15 , 95 tons / ha) and significantly different from P3 treatments (inorganic 0 N kg / ha organic + 500 kg / ha + PGPR 15 liters / ha and P4 (inorganic 130 kg N / ha + Organic 0 kg / ha + PGPR 3, 75 liters / ha), but not significantly different from P1 treatment (n 90 kg inorganic / organic ha + 250 kg / ha + PGPR 7.5 liters / ha.
The extent of damage to the treatment plant P3 (inorganic 0 N kg / ha organic + 500 kg / ha + PGPR 15 liters / ha at age 60 HST observations, with the lowest level of crop damage by 5.09% and significantly different from P4 treatments (inorganic 130 N Kg / Ha + Organic 0 Kg / Ha + PGPR 3.75 liters), not significantly different from P1 treatment (inorganic 90 N kg / ha organic + 250 Kg / Ha + PGPR 7.5 liters / ha), treatment P2 ( inorganic 46 N kg / ha organic + 375 kg / ha + PGPR 11.2 liters / ha). treatment P4 ((inorganic N 130 kg / ha + Organic 0 Kg / Ha + PGPR 3.75 liter) showed the highest damage in the amount of of 15%.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Tujuan penelitian untuk mempelajari pengaruh formulasi pupuk anarganik, pupuk organi dan PGPR (Plant Growth Promotting Rhizobacreia) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga ulangan. Penelitian ini hanya satu faktor yaitu: P1 ( Anorganik 90 kg N/Ha+ Organik 250 Kg N/Ha + PGPR 7,5 L/Ha), P2 (Anorganik 45 Kg N/Ha +Organik 375 Kg/Ha + PGPR 11,2 L/Ha), P3 ( Anorganik 0 kg N/Ha + Organik 500 Kg N/ Ha + PGPR 15L /Ha), P4 ( Anorganik 130 Kg N/Ha + Organik 0 Kg N/Ha+ PGPR 3,75 L/Ha). Dengan mengugunakan uji jarak duncan 5%.

Perlakuan P1(anorganik 90 N kg/ha + organik 250 kg/ha + PGPR 7,5 liter /ha , pada pengamatan 48 hst, menghasilkan pertumbuhan terbaik yaitu rerata tertinggi jumlah daun 94,9 helai, tinggi tanaman 88,9 cm dan jumlah anakan 21,1 dan berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan P2 (anorganik 46 N kg/ha + organik 375 kg/ha + PGPR 11,2 liter/ha, perlakuan P3 (anorganik 0 N kg/ha + organik 500 kg/ha + PGPR 15 liter /ha dan perlakuan P4 (anorganik 130 N kg/ha + Organik 0 kg/ha + PGPR 3,75 liter /ha. Formulasi pada perlakuan P2 (anorganik 46 N kg/ha + organik 375 Kg/ha + PGPR 11,2 liter/Ha), memperlihatkan hasil tertinggi jumlah rerata jumlah anakan produktif 12,77, jumlah bulir permalai 141,00, bobot gabah kering panen 4,48 ton/ha, bobot gabah kering giling 3,96 ton/ha dan bobot segar brangkasan 15,95 ton/ha) dan berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan P3 (anorganik 0 N kg/ha + organik 500 kg/ha + PGPR 15 liter/ ha dan P4 namun tidak berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan P1 (anorganik 90 n kg/ha + organik 250 kg/ha + PGPR 7,5 liter/ha.
Tingkat kerusakan tanaman pada perlakuan P3 (anorganik 0 N kg/Ha + organik 500 Kg/Ha + PGPR 15 liter/ Ha pada pengamatan umur 60 hst, dengan tingkat kerusakan tanaman terendah sebesar 5,09% dan berbeda nyata dengan perlakuan P4 (anorganik 130 N Kg/Ha + Organik 0 Kg/Ha + PGPR 3,75 liter ), tidak berbeda nyata dengan (anorganik 130 N kg/ha + Organik 0 kg/ha + PGPR 3,75 liter /Ha), Perlakuan P1 (anorganik 90 N Kg/Ha + organik 250 Kg/Ha + PGPR 7,5 liter /ha), perlakuan P2 (anorganik 46 N Kg/Ha + organik 375 Kg/Ha + PGPR 11,2 liter/Ha). Perlakuan P4 ((anorganik 130 N Kg/Ha + Organik 0 Kg/Ha + PGPR 3,75 liter ) menunjukkan kerusakan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 15%.
