UJI PERTUMBUHAN IKAN LELE DUMBO (Clarias gariepinus) BERBASIS LIMBAH AIR WUDLU

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth rate of African catfish fish using aquaculture wastewater “wudlu’ maintenance under intensive scale, determines the percentage daily change of water is optimal for the growth of African catfish fish intensive scale, based wudlu waste water and waste water treatment techniques to determine the wastewater most efficient in supporting the growth of African catfish fishing. The method used is an experiment using factorial experiment, with a randomized block design. There are two treatments, namely (a) the percentage change of water daily, and (B) wudlu wastewater treatment techniques. A treatment consists of three levels, namely (1) 15% (2) 30% (3) 45%. Treatment B comprises three levels: (1) clean water (2) wastewater treatment physics (3) waste water treatment and chemical physics to obtain 9 combined treatment. Grouping by type of aquarium. The results showed that treatment of such type of water used and the percentage change of the water had no effect on daily growth, the growth of a second, the relative growth of fish and African catfish (C. gariepinus), while the very real effect on the growth of its daily long. The growth rate of African catfish daily fish length at wudlu wastewater ranged from 0.16 to 0.20 cm / day, while the non-waste water (tap water) as well as in the amount of 0.15 to 0.20 cm / day. Percentage change of volume by 15% and 30%, or 45%, not significantly different statistically and give results similar growth. The types of treatment, the waste water treatment wudlu without treatment, treatment of the physics, and the physics and chemistry gave results similar growth of the African catfish fish.


Deskripsi Alternatif :

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan tingkat pertumbuhan ikan lele dumbo menggunakan media budi daya limbah air wudlu dalam kondisi pemeliharaan berskala intensif, menentukan persentase pergantian air harian yang optimal bagi pertumbuhan ikan lele dumbo skala intensif, berbasis limbah air wudlu, dan menentukan teknik treatment limbah air wudlu yang paling efisien dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ikan lele dumbo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen menggunakan percobaan faktorial, dengan rancangan acak kelompok. Dua perlakuan yaitu (A) persentase pergantian air harian, dan (B) teknik treatment limbah air wudlu. Perlakuan A terdiri dari tiga level yaitu (1) 15% (2) 30% (3) 45%. Perlakuan B terdiri tiga level yaitu (1) air bersih (2) air limbah dengan treatment fisika (3) air limbah dengan treatment fisika dan kimia sehingga diperoleh 9 kombinasi perlakuan. Pengelompokan berdasarkan tipe akuarium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berupa jenis air dan persentase pergantian air tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan harian, pertumbuhan sesaat, pertumbuhan relatif ikan lele dumbo (C. gariepinus), namun kelompok berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan panjang hariannya. Laju pertumbuhan panjang harian ikan lele dumbo pada air limbah wudlu berkisar 0,16 hingga 0,20 cm/hari sedangkan pada air non limbah (air PDAM) juga sama yaitu sebesar 0,15 hingga 0,20 cm/hari. Persentase pergantian air 15% 30%, maupun 45%, memberikan hasil pertumbuhan yang sama. Jenis-jenis treatment, yaitu treatment limbah air wudlu

tanpa treatment, treatment secara fisika, dan secara fisika maupun kimiawi memberikan hasil pertumbuhan yang sama terhadap ikan lele dumbo.
