PT . Liku Telaga merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur bahan industri kimia dasar yang memproduksi asam sulfat, aluminium sulfat dan sodium silicate, dimana dalam mencapai visi misinya perusahaan dituntut untuk menjalankan proses bisnis yang ada secara efektif dan efisien, dalam menciptakan efisiensi tersebut manajemen terhadap pengadaan baku merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang realisasi efisiensi biaya yaitu berkaitan dengan biaya persediaan yang meiputi biaya simpan dan biaya pesan untuk hal tersebut perusahaan hanya mengalokasikan anggaran untuk kebutuhan pengadaan bahan baku sulfur (working capital) sebesar Rp 63,000,000,000/tahun, dari kasus diatas maka dapat rumusan masalah yang dapat ditarik ialah Bagaimanakah menetukan kuantitas order yang optimal dan ekonomis , Safety stock , serta reorder point (ROP) untuk bahan baku sulfur dengan kendala working capital. Metode perhitungan kuantitas order bahan baku sulfur yang digunakan ialah metode EOQ Probablistic Model-Lagrange Multiplier, adapun langkah-langkahnya yaitu melakukan pengambilan data terkait dengan formulasi perhitungan, adapun data yang diambil ialah data biaya-biaya, data demand sulfur, data lead time, setelah data terkumpul akan dilakukan perhitungan kuantitias order ekonomis dengan formulasi EOQ Probablistik model, membandingkan total biaya dari nilai kuantitas order yang didapat dengan nilai maksimal working capital.jika hasilnya melebihi nilai working capital langkah selanjutnya ialah melakukan perhitungan nilai kuantitas order ekonomis dan Feasible dengan menggunakan metode Lagrange multiplier, setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan nilai Safety Stock dan Reorder Point. Nilai Kuantitas order yang ekonomis dan feasible didapat sebesar 7,820.10 MT dengan total biaya investasi sebesar Rp 62,934,711,093.35, dengan nilai siklus pemesanan dalam 1 tahun sebesar 3-4 siklus pemesanan atau nilai ideal kedatangan sulfur ialah 93-94 hari/kedatangan serta Lead Time 65 hari. Untuk nilai safety stock bahan baku sulfur dengan service level 99,99% didapatkan sebesar 325.61 MT, dengan nilai Reorder Point sebesar 5,757.53 MT.

PT. Liku Telaga is a company which engaged in basic chemical manufacturing that produce sulfuric acid, aluminum sulphate and sodium silicate, in achieving its vision and mission which the company is required to run the existing business processes effectively and efficiently, creating the efficiencies in the management of the procurement of raw is one important factor in supporting the realization of cost efficiency is related to the cost of inventory holding cost and cost meiputi message for that company only needs to allocate funds for the procurement of raw material sulfur (working capital) amounting to Rp 63,000,000,000 / year, of the cases above, it can formulation of the problem that can be drawn is that How can determine the optimal order quantity and economical, safety stock, and reorder point (ROP) for raw material sulfur to working capital constraints. The method of calculating the order quantity of raw material used is sulfur EOQ Probablistic Model -Lagrange Multiplier, as for the steps that perform data collection associated with the formulation of the calculation, while the retrieved report is the costs report ,The sulfur demand report, the lead time report,so after the report collected the report will do the calculated by the formulation of economic order quantity Probablistic models, after that will do the comparing of the total cost about the order quantity value obtained with a maximum value of working capital. if the result exceeds the value of working capital the next step is to perform the calculation of the economic order quantity and Feasible by using Lagrange multiplier, after that the calculation is continued by calculating the value of Safety Stock and Reorder Point. Value Quantity orders are economical and feasible obtained at 7,349.92 MT with a total investment cost is Rp 62,997,554,863.42, with the value of the cycle time in 1 year at 4 cycles and the ideal arrival order or incoming of sulfur is 88 days / arrival for the Lead Time 65 days. And For values of safety stock of raw material sulfur with a service level of 99.99% obtained by 325.61 MT, with a value of 5,757.53 MT for Reorder Point.
